It was really nice time in Baku. The whole hotel was fairly clean and the staff was amicable and nice. Everything was good, even so a few employees were very very bad. The rooms were all neat with good view.

The general areas of the hotel were meticulously kept and provided a comfortable and accessible environment for senior people like myself. I appreciated how well-maintained and clean everything was, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.
If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have loved to see more staff members who are knowledgeable and experienced in catering to the needs of older guests. While the children working there were generally polite, I believe that having staff trained specifically in assisting elderly guests would enhance the overall experience and ensure that the unique requirements of older travelers are met with understanding and empathy.
